Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. On a statement made in the petition, reflected in paragraph 8 of the petition, namely, four change reports bearing Nos.296 of 2008, 297/2008, 05/2010 and 718/2015 are pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule, since 2008 and all the change reports filed by the petitioner are uncontested till the date of filing of the petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondent-sole to decide these change reports as expeditiously as possible. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
