This civil application is filed for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited by the State Government in this Court, pursuant to the judgment and order dated 27.01.2021, passed in Public Interest Litigation No.25/2020. Under the said judgment, this Court had directed payment of compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- to the legal heirs of deceased Malati Nehete. In compliance of the said order, the Government has deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court. 2.

The legal heirs of deceased Malati Nehete would be entitled for the withdrawal of the said amount.

The legal heirs of deceased Malati Nehete are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) deposited by the

CA4-2022.odt Government in this Court. The Registry of this Court shall verify the relationship of the present applicants i.e. the legal heirs with deceased Malati Nehete and thereafter, permit withdrawal of the said amount to them.
