The applicants/original claimants seek to condone the delay of 156 days caused in filing the appeal against the Award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. 3.

Having considered the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 5 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 156 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off.

First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 25.6.2024. Mr. Chaudhary, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.2. 5.
