DATED : 15th November, 2017 PER COURT : - This Court on 24.3.2017 permitted the petitioner to delete respondent nos. 5B to 5D as they were not contesting parties.

Accordingly, the petitioner has deleted respondent nos. 5B to 5D from the array of Respondents in the application. Respondent No.5A is reported to be dead.

In the wake of above, application for bringing L.Rs. of respondent No.5A stands allowed subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid within one week from today. Amendment be carried out within one week.

At the request of learned counsel for the applicant,

In the mean time, objections be removed within one week, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
