Execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to deposit of the entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, by the acquiring body, within the period of eight weeks from the date of passing of this order.

In case any default is made on the part of the acquiring body, the stay order shall get vacated without reference to this Court.
