Respondent Nos.5, 8 and 10 are served. However, no appearance is entered. Respondent Nos.11 to 13 are already deleted vide order dated 30/08/2019.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed to the extent of granting leave to the petitioners, to delete respondent Nos.5, 8 and 10.
