We can not fathom and comprehend arguments of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner, as on date, is not a member of the Gram Panchayat. The work has been carried out at the behest of the Gram Panchayat with the Contractor. It is for the Gram Panchayat to seek funds. We cannot pass orders at the behest of the petitioner, who is neither a member of the Gram Panchayat nor is a contractor for the work executed.

If the aggrieved party approaches this Court, we would consider such petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
