Mr.Brahme, learned Advocate submits, on instructions, that this Writ Petition has become infructuous owing to the subsequent events of reinstating the first Respondent in employment. He, therefore, prays for disposal of this Writ Petition as being infructuous. Mr.Shelke, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1, submits that he has no objection for the disposal of this petition as being infructuous since some other proceedings are still pending before the learned Division Bench of this Court and withdrawal of this petition would not affect the rights of the Respondent No.1 in that proceedings. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
