The petitioner's grievance is that he is contesting the Village Panchayat election and is expected to produce the original caste certificate in form-C. However, the competent authority has issued a certificate in form-B. Even his request is put up pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 22.06.2016 for issuance of caste certificate in form-C. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no.2 to issue the certificate in form-C once the petitioner tenders the original certificate in form-B as early as possible, by 01.12.2022. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
