Perused the material on record.

The learned Special Judge has come to the conclusion that the present applicant has abetted the commission of offence of human trafficking and told the prosecutrix to accompany the principal accused. According to the prosecution, the victim was 17 years old.

Considering all the facts on record, in my view, the applicant cannot be released on bail. The Application is therefore rejected. Hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 845 of 2015 is expedited. [M.T. JOSHI] JUDGE arp/
