The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses "B" as under:- "B) The respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to correct the nomenclature of the Tribe in the Tribe Certificate of the petitioner as Koli Mahadev instead of Mahadev Koli, and issue such corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner having proper nomenclature as Koli Mhadev Tribe, as early as possible."

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner should submit his defective certificate with respondent No.2 on or before 05.12.2022 and the correct certificate would be issued on or before 20.12.2022. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied. 4.

In view of the above statement, this writ petition is disposed off.
