Mr. Tambe, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 4 to 6 submits that, on the basis of complaint made by the petitioners, the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 have already issued show cause notice to the then Village Development Officers i. e. Mr. Kakade, Mr. Padulkar, Mr. More and also erstwhile Sarpanch. Explanation is called from them. The learned counsel on instructions further submits that, enquiry has also commenced against them and same would be taken to its logical end.

In view of the said statement made, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
