The tribe claim of petitioners as belonging to 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

The learned counsel submits that, invalidation of some of the paternal relatives has been referred to in the impugned order. This Court has directed grant of validity certificates to Gaurav Gajanan Shinde and Devidas Ramesh Shinde in Writ Petition No.2465/2021 and Writ Petition No.2467/2021 respectively.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions does not dispute the relationship of petitioners with Gaurav Gajanan Shinde and Devidas Ramesh Shinde. They are paternal cousin of petitioners.

In view of the order passed in case of Gaurav Gajanan Shinde in Writ Petition No.2465/2021 and Devidas Ramesh Shinde in Writ Petition No.2467/2021 dated 03.12.2021, we follow the same course and pass the following order:

ORDER

I.

The Committee shall issue validity certificates to petitioners of 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe immediately.

II. The said validity certificates will be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings re-opened of the validity holders relied by petitioners.

III.Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No cost.
