Though respondent nos. 3 and 4 are served none appears for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation with regard to its transfer with the CEO. Decision has not been taken on it as yet. The petitioner was transferred on the ground that there are complaint. Subsequently the inquiry was conducted and it was found that the charges against the petitioner are false. The same are not prove. Petitioner is seeking transfer to its original post. 3.

In case the application of the petitioner (page 40) is pending with the respondent no. 3 then respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits preferably within 2 months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
