The petition seeks a limited relief of direction to respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee for deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously. This Court is informed that the vigilance enquiry report was served upon the petitioner and response thereto has also been filed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is student, respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 15th September 2025.
