Heard party in person for some time and interacted with him.

It is informed that his application U/Sec. 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is still undecided. He further points out from para No. 7 that it is recorded that the factuam of marriage is not in dispute.

The party in person seeks permission to withdraw the petition and also prays to issue necessary directions to decide the pending proceedings within stipulated period. 4.

In the interest of justice, I propose to pass the following order.

O R D E R

A.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. B.

The application U/Sec. 340 of Cr. P. C. filed by the petitioner shall be decided expeditiously and preferably before decision of the main petition.

C.

H.M.P. No. A-321 of 2022 shall be decided by the learned Judge Family Court Aurangabad as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. Same shall be decided on its own merits without being influenced by earlier orders and observations.

D.

The parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
