The issue involved in both these petitions is common, therefore, they are taken up for hearing together. 2.

At the outset, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the parties have compounded the matter before the Revisional Court, therefore, these petitions have become

The learned advocate also places on record the copies of the orders dated 21.02.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.44/2020 filed by Shitalbai Vishnu Mudhe and Criminal Application No.235/2020 filed by Vishnu Pandurang Mundhe, which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification in the respective petitions. 3.

Both these Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
