By representation dated 30.08.2023, addressed to the District Collector, Aurangabad, the Petitioner alleges misappropriation of funds and inferior quality of work in the laying of the new pipeline in Grampanchayat Lohgad-Nandra, by the Sarpanch, an Engineer, namely, Shri Shelke and a Gramsevak, namely Shri Ahire. He prays for action against these persons. One of his earlier complaints led to an inquiry.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 3.

Let the District Collector, Aurangabad consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2023. If it is found that the allegations made by the Petitioner in the complaint are baseless, we direct the Collector to impost cost of Rs.1,00,000/- on the Petitioner and recover the said amount from him by adopting a legal procedure, by following the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for recovery of amount as arrears of land revenue.
