ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of amounts of compensation deposited by the appellant - Acquiring Body. This Court vide order dated 29.08.2022 passed in other civil application has already permitted the applicant therein to withdraw the deposited amount of compensation. Therefore, on the ground of parity the applicant herein us permitted to withdraw the amounts of compensation as deposited by the Acquiring Body, on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
