The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending. The respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner for medical admission from reserved category. Petitioner is entitled to provisional admission, pending the validation proceedings. 2.

The learned AGP submits that, the case of the petitioner for provisional admission cannot be considered in view of order of the Apex Court in SLP No.20210- 20224 of 2017 dated 06th September, 2017.

The admission process comes to an end today. In view of that, no relief can be granted to the petitioner with regard to admission. The committee shall decide the validation proceedings within four (4) months from today as the matter is in regard with the student. The petitioner shall co-operate the committee for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The petitioner shall appear before committee on 15th November, 2017.

Writ petition accordingly disposed of.
