Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is under suspension since 26.12.2017. The suspension cannot be continued for inordinate period and under no circumstances beyond six months.

We have heard Mr. Reddy, the learned Counsel for the respondent No. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Reddy that the proposal of the petitioner for review of the suspension has been forwarded to the Committee headed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad on 5th February, 2019.

As the proposal is already moved for review of the order of the suspension of the petitioner, we direct the Committee headed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to take a decision upon the proposal seeking review of the order of suspension of the petitioner within a period of one month from today. 4.

The Zilla Parishad shall communicate this order to the Committee headed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
