The applicants/claimants are seeking clarification in respect of order dated 30th September, 2022, as to whether this court has permitted to them to withdrawn entire amount deposited, i.e. 75% amount of the impinged award or 75% of the deposited amount. Such clarification is already given under the earlier order dated 24.11.2022 in other connected matters. In view of the same, it is clarified that the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of the impugned award on usual undertaking and 25% of the impugned award on furnishing solvent security/surety. As such, the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of entire deposited amount as mentioned above. Application accordingly disposed of. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ) JUDGE mahajansb/
