The application is filed for extension of time granted by this Court while deciding the Revision Application. This Court allowed the revision by the order dated 12th August, 2015. This Court granted interim relief and other side was prevented from alienating the property. 90 days time was given as submissions were made that the unsuccessful party wanted to challenge the decision of this Court in the Apex Court. It appears that the decision of this Court is not challenged in Supreme Court and now the learned counsel for the

Such tactics are played and this Court has made observations with regard to such tactics played in the order made by this Court on 12th August, 2015 also. This Court holds that granting of further time creates unnecessary complications. Already sufficient time was given and it can be safely said that it is again a tactic of the respondent. Application is rejected.
