Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counsel state that parties to the matters, had been
2 FA - 2798-2017+ before Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Parties were identified by their learned Advocates before Registrar (Judicial) and the terms of compromise have been verified before the Registrar. The terms of compromise are lawful and not forbidden by any law nor terms of compromise are against any public policy. They submit that parties are present in the court.

The parties have agreed to the compromise on their own accord and consent to the same. Counsel further state that terms of compromise were explained to them in vernacular which have been known to the parties and they have all accepted those in all solemnity.

In view of aforesaid, both first appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise deed.

In view of disposal of first appeal no. 4251 of 2016, civil application no. 15611 of 2016 filed therein, seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award, does not survive and stands disposed of.
