Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondents without giving opportunity to the petitioner have already held the petitioner guilty. According to the learned counsel, every process has been undertaken behind the back of the petitioner. The Revision filed by the petitioner is also not been entertained.

Naturally, if any action is to be taken against the petitioner, the same has to be proceeded with show cause notice. In the present case, no show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner. After, show cause notice is issued to the petitioner, the petitioner can file reply to the show cause notice raising all the defences available or may take further steps as permissible

(2) 956-wp-14424-2021 under law. As the petition is premature, the same is not entertained.

Writ Petition is disposed.

All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. No costs.
