On perusal of the complaint it is clear that there is hardly any ground for proceeding against the petitioners who admittedly did not stay with the victim and her immediate

crwp1456.15 family i.e. husband and parents-in-law.

In her complaint also, she stated clearly that she told her father and mother that her husband and parents-inlaw harassed her. 3.

On probing the issue we did not find any ground to proceed against the petitioners. The case as against the petitioners is quashed.
