DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- It appears that the dispute of the petitioner not getting family pension regularly is almost resolved as per the affidavit filed by the State. The matter is now with the Central Pension Accounting Officer, Government of India. The said authority shall take decision at the earliest preferably within eight weeks considering the fact that it is the case of family pension.
