ORDER :- This Court under Order dated 04-12-2019, condoned the delay subject to deposit cost of Rs.5,000/- within a period of eight weeks. The eight weeks' time granted by this Court came to be expired on 2801-2020. Despite sufficient opportunity, the applicant-Acquiring Body did not take steps for compliance of order passed by this Court dated 04-12-2019, to get the delay condoned on depositing the costs. 2.

In view of lackadaisical attitude on the part of applicantAcquiring Body, there is no propriety to keep the present matter alive on Board awaiting for compliance on the part of applicant-Acquiring Body. In such circumstances, the Civil Application stands dismissed. The earlier conditional order passed by this Court dated 04-12-2019 stands cancelled and revoked. The Civil Application for condonation of delay be treated as rejected.
