By order dated 24/09/2025 the Scrutiny Committee was directed to pass final order on the caste claim of the petitioners within a period of two weeks. Petitioner No.1 has got admission in B. Pharmacy course and is asked to submit his caste validity certificate.

Learned advocate for petitioners states that hearing is completed before the Committee and only the decision is required to be taken.

Taking into consideration the exigency in the matter, we direct the Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioners by 18/10/2025.
