The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 241 days in filing this civil application for seeking recalling of the order of the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition for non-removal of office objections.

Learned AGP submits that costs may be imposed. 3.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Delay of 241 is condoned on the condition that the applicant would deposit Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within 2 (two) weeks from today. After producing the receipt of deposit and upon removing office objections within 4 (four) weeks from today, the writ petition shall be khs/JUNE 2017/7975

registered and the order of the Registrar dated 22/02/2016 shall stand vacated. Thereafter, the writ petition be listed for admission on 24/07/20176.
