After arguing the application for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same. He further submits that though the charge has been framed against the accused on 27th July, 2016, the trial has still not commenced. According to him, the applicant has been arrested on 15th September, 2015 and he, therefore, prays for expeditious conclusion of the trial.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn. Considering the fact that charge has been framed on 27th July, 2016, the proceedings in Special Case NO. 29 of 2015 are expedited. The Sessions Judge, Bhusawal shall endeavour to conclude the trial by the end of June, 2017. Liberty to apply afresh if the trial is not concluded by the end of June, 2017.
