DATE :- 06th September, 2019 Per Court:
*2* The learned advocate for the applicants makes a solemn statement that the applicants in these civil applications, who intend to be arrayed as the original petitioners, are the original complainants before the Industrial Court and were also respondents in Writ Petition Nos.3333/1999. When writ petition nos.9868/2017 and 10964/2017 were being filed, these applicants had certain difficulties. Having overcome the personal difficulties, they are now before this court. The learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation, though opposes the applications, submits that if the statement of these applicants that they were the original complainants and were also parties to the earlier writ petition, turns out to be false, he would request for deleting them and would also pray for costs.
The applicants are agreeable.
In view of the above, Civil Application No.2598/2019 is allowed and the applicant (Rajashri Sanjiv Raut) shall be arrayed as the co-petitioner in Writ Petition No.9868/2017. Similarly, Civil Application Nos.14212/2018 and 2599/2019 are allowed and the applicants Rajesh Ananda Thange along with Arun Vishnudas Sonawane and others, shall be arrayed as the co-petitioners in Writ Petition No.10964/2017. These additions shall be carried out on or before 21.09.2019. Needless to state, addition of the parties would also mean depositing appropriate quantum
*3* of court fees.
List both the writ petitions for urgent admissions hearing on 01.10.2019.
