Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is reported that, recording of evidence of the parties to the suit has been over in the trial Court. The application for appointment of Court Commissioner is pending for orders. The parties are at agreement to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time-frame with continuation of status quo. The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit within six months. The order of status granted by this Court on 21/1/2020 to continue pending the suit.
