Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that prayer clause (B) and (C) cannot be considered, as they were subject matter of the earlier writ petition and the such claim is negatived by the Court. 2.

Mr. Tapse, the learned Counsel submits that the petition will only be restricted to prayer clause (D). 3.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel submits that respondent would decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months.
