Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocate for the applicants requests similar order according to order passed on 31st August, 2018 in group of civil applications bearing No. 9737 of 2018 and companion civil applications, stating that applicants are similarly placed. 3.
Learned advocate for respondent No. 1, however, opposes the request, contending that entitlement of the applicants as yet, is not final.

This court, under its order dated 31st August, 2018 on the ground of parity had allowed civil applications to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/-, as allowed by this court under order dated 29th June, 2018 in civil applications No. 1179 of 2018 and 1180 of 2018 on similar terms and conditions as contained in paragraph No. 6 of order dated 29th June, 2018.

As such, present civil application is allowed. Applicants are allowed to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as permitted by this court under order dated 29th June, 2018 in civil application No. 1179 of 2018 in writ petition No. 278 of 2017 and in civil application No. 1180 of 2018 in writ petition No. 296 of 2017, on similar terms and conditions as contained in paragraph No. 6 thereof.
