Though we are not convinced with the reasons stated in the application for extension of time, the learned A.G.P. appearing for the State submitted that, the files are processed through the Law and Judiciary and Finance Department of Government of Maharashtra and the matter will be placed before the Cabinet for appropriate decision. In the circumstances, the learned A.G.P. prays three months time.

The prayer in the application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.
