The applicant/original petitioner submits that Proceeding No.49/A/2016/Nanded has been wrongly mentioned in the writ petition memo in the cause title and in paragraph Nos. 1 and 17 and prayer clauses "B" and "C".

Learned Advocate for the respondents confirm that instead of the number 49, it is typed as 54.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed and khs/APRIL 2019/13613-d

- 2 - appropriate corrections be carried out forthwith. So also, Exhibit I to be replaced by the correct copy of the impugned order, within 1 (one) week.
