1] Caste claim of the petitioners as Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

2] Amongst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that paternal cousin of petitioner, namely, Mayuri d/o Jagannatha Pandhare and Jidnayasa Vaijnath Pandhare had applied for issuance of validity certificate of Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe and the same is invalidated. They had filed Writ Petitions bearing No.8088 of 2020 and 13541 of 2021 respectively, before this Court. This Court directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to them.

3] We have also heard learned AGP.

4] For the reasons stated in the order dated 18th December, 2020 in Writ Petition No.8088 of 2020 and order dated 06th December, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 13541 of 2021 filed by paternal cousin of petitioner, we follow the same course and pass the following order:

ORDER

i] The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioners of Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe, immediately. The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.

ii] Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
