In compliance of the order dated 25th April 2022, learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that learned Counsel for the petitioner has made correct statement and at present three First Information Reports bearing Crime No. 73/2022 under Sections 406, 409 and 202 of I.P.C., Crime No.37/2022 under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. and Crime No. 69/2022 under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. came to be registered with the concerned police station against the then public servants.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the purpose of fling of this writ

Learned Counsel submits that in case if the investigation is not carried out in a proper manner, the petitioner may be put at liberty to fle writ petition seeking direction for transfer of investigation, if so needed. 3.

In view of the above statement, the criminal writ petition is hereby disposed of as nothing survives in this writ petition for further consideration. So far as the liberty as sought by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to fle writ petition in case the investigation is not properly carried out.
