Applicants seek condonation of delay of 132 days caused in filing appeal.

3.

Applicants state that they lost bread earner. They are facing financial crunch, therefore, they could not approach this Court in time to file appeal. Perusal of reasons as stated in application and coupled with fact applicants are litigating for just compensation towards accidental death of their bread earner, liberal approach needs to be adopted. Hence, a case is made out to condone delay. Resultantly, application stands allowed. Delay of 132 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections.
