The applicants are claiming that the name of respondent No.3 in the main appeal be transposed as appellant No.3 in the appeal i.e. F.A. No. 805 of 2021.

The impugned judgment indicates that the present applicant No.3 Bibhishan Sandipan Ghuge was one of the claimants. However, by fling appeal, he could not be joined as an appellant due to COVID norms since he was not available. There is no strong objection from other side. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to transpose the present applicant No.3 as appellant No.3 in F.A. No. 805 of 2021 by deleting his name as respondent No.3. The amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
