PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4, has tendered across the Bar Affidavit in reply. It appears that Respondent No.1 has taken a decision upon the proposal of the petitioner. Therefore, prayer clause (B) in the petition is satisfied. So far as prayer clause(C) is concerned, learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the State government has formulated a new policy in respect of Part-Time Instructors under RTE Act, 2009. In that view of the matter, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application/representation within a period of three weeks from today. Upon filing such application/representation by the petitioner, Respondent No.1 to consider the same in accordance with the Government Policy, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th May, 2015. 2) With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
