The petitioner is objecting to the notice issued by the Tahsildar on 06.11.2015, calling upon him to remove the encroachment allegedly made by him on public property. The petitioners has tendered reply to the notice issued by the Tahsildar.

In the circumstances, it is logical and proper for the Tahsildar to take decision in the matter on consideration of the reply tendered by the petitioner.

The Tahsildar, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, shall take decision in the proceedings within a period of four weeks from today and till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
