Mr.Basarkar, learned Advocate is therefore directed to take steps for seeking discharge in accordance with the Appellate Side Rules on or before 09/03/2018, failing which, the second appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court and it shall then be the responsibility of Mr.Basarkar as regards the consequences thereon.
