The petitioner is seeking financial assistance relying on Circular dated 28.09.2016. 2.

The petitioner has already submitted representation/application to the Collector (Page No.43).

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the Collector would forward the same to respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 would take decision upon it. 4.

The Collector shall forward the said representation/application (Page No.43) of the petitioner to respondent no.1 preferably within a period of three months from today. The respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it preferably within
