The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of he having moved an application in form A-1 in accordance with Rule 11 of the Arms Rules, 2016 under the Arms Act, 1959 on 18-01-2021, and in spite of there being a report of the Superintendent of Police, his application is not being decided by the respondent no. 2 - Collector. 3.
