By the present application, the applicant is seeking transfer of HMP No.486 of 2022 from Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad to Civil Judge, Senior Divsiion, Bhusaval.

It is the case of the applicant wife that she got married with the respondent in the year 2006. From the said wedlock she is having one son by name Roshan. She is also having one daughter from her first wedlock. The applicant is government servant serving as Head Constable at Nashirabad Tq.Bhusaval Dist.Jalgaon. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that it is difficult for the applicant to travel to Aurangabad to attend the Court proceeding from Bhusaval as the distance between Busaval and Aurangabad is 165 k.m. therefore, the petition be transferred to Bhusaval.

Taking all the factors into consideration, I deem it appropriate to direct the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad to conduct the HMP No.486 of 2022 through Video Conferencing. The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusaval also to work out the necessary formalities so as to enable the Advocate of the applicant and the applicant to appear from Bhusaval Court premises in the proceeding before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad. Both the Courts to work out necessary formalities and intimate the parties. 5.
The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the parties in H.M.P.No.486 of 2022 to provide mobile numbers, E-Mail addresses to both the Courts.

With the above directions, the application is disposed of, however liberty is granted to the parties, in the event they face any difficulty in conducting proceeding by Video Conference, they would be at liberty to mention this matter for modification/recall of this order.
