The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the result of the petitioner's examination is not declared on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Earlier, there was spelling mistake in the tribe certificate. It is corrected and proposal is resubmitted in July, 2019. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that the result of Final BDS (New) Summer 2019 examination is withheld.

Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 on instructions submits that the result will be declared within one week. The respondent may declare result, however, the degree certificate shall not be issued unless and until validity certificate is produced by

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 7th November, 2019.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible then she may not be refrained from participating in internship on the ground validation proceeding is pending.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
