PER COURT :- The award was passed in the year 2016. The petitioner seeks directions against respondent No.3 to transfer the compensation amount to the Civil Court. The petitioner has filed RCS No.438/2019 recently.

If there is any dispute with regard to the person to whom the compensation is payable or apportionment of compensation amount, remedy of reference is available under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 under section 64 & 76 and if the award is under the old Act, section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. In the light of above, petitioner may take steps as permissible in law.

With the above observations, petition is disposed off. All contentions are kept open.
