PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal was submitted, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The same was not decided on the ground that there are some deficiencies. The deficiencies are cleared on 16.8.2019 and the proposal to that effect is already submitted.

Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case, the petitioner has cleared the deficiencies and said proposal (Page No.12) is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall take decision on it, on its own merit, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks. Writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
